Boulo is recruiting for an experienced RELATIONSHIP MANAGER for our client, a growing insurance company based in FAIRHOPE, AL. The Relationship Manager will be vital for our ongoing daily operations. This role should be comfortable collaborating with the team and fostering an environment of communication.


Employment Type: Full-Time
Flexibility: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. Hybrid (after initial training period), flexible schedule
Pay: $36,000 - $45,000 DOE
Benefits: 401(k) with matching, PTO, hybrid workplace, continuing education support, bonus potential!


Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming services requests
• Assist clients with renewals
• Assist with claims
• Provide excellent service
• Managing incoming calls
